We are a small, friendly and professional dance teaching college based in Barnstaple, Devon. Studio Dance provides high quality training for dance teachers with students offered the opportunity to improve their own performance techniques and learn the skills needed to become a dance teacher, gaining the IDTA Associate dance teaching qualification. This is an internationally recognised qualification and will allow you to teach a number of different dance genres to a high standard.

Our aim is to ensure that everyone who trains with Studio Dance reaches their potential. Our students are taught in small groups allowing our dance trainers to give individual attention to each of our students, making sure all their needs are met and enabling them to achieve their very best. We are based in beautiful North Devon, where our students can enjoy the wonderful local environment while still benefitting from the London teaching expertise of our staff.

We pride ourselves on producing dancers who will succeed in their chosen careers, with high quality performance and teaching skills, a passion for dance that they want to share and an approach to their work that is based on confidence, enthusiasm and professionalism.
